10 American students of the program “Study Abroad” of the American councils Georgia visited the National Archives of Georgia today.

The guests were acquainted with the specifics of the archival work, historical documents preserved at the National Archives. Among them were the manuscripts and old books, materials from the period of the First Democratic Republic of Georgia and other interesting collections.

The students inspected the Laboratory of Restoration and acquainted with the restoration process, as well as with the digitalization project of the National Archives of Georgia.
