To celebrate the 160th anniversary of Davit Kldiashvili's birth, the National Archive of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia prepared a multimedia exhibition.

 

Photographs, film documents, autographs, written documents, publications about the life and work of the classic writer preserved in the National Archive, footage of films based on his works were presented to the general public in this format for the first time.

 

Davit Kldiashvili was born on September 11, 1862 (August 29 in the old style) in the village of Simoneti in the family of Samson Kldiashvili and Kesaria Ghoghoberidze.
