General Director of the National Archives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, Teona Iashvili is participating at the International Conference of Archives that was opened today in Paris and will lasts till October, 25.

The organizer of the conference is the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture of France. The main topic of the conference is – actual problems of the Archival Affairs in the Contemporaneity. 

20 representatives from the 15 countries are participating in the event. The topics discussed at the conference are: digital archives, availability of archive materials, organizing of archival network (on the French example) and mastering of the archival profession.
