Seminar on the business correspondence and the archival affair is held for the more than 70 employees of the archives of the Ministry of Culture and its system at the National Archives of the ministry of Justice of Georgia.

The participants of the event are acquainting with the archival legislation, among them: arrangement of the nomenclature and their formation; assessment of documents; registration of files; composition of descriptions; preservation of documents; registration of documents; rule of transferring the documents for the permanent preservation.

After the five days study the participants will see the exhibition gallery of the National Archives, documents’ depositories, Laboratory of Restoration. Screening of the documentary, stored at the Audio-Visual Archive is planned as well.

After finishing the seminar the participants will be awarded with the certificates.
