The National Archives of Georgia continues its project “Weekly Document”. In the frame of the project today the fragments from the film document “Golden Match” will be presented.

The film is dedicated to the football match held in Tashkent between Tbilisi “Dinamo” and Moscow “Torpedo” on November 18, 1964. The victory was gained by “Dinamo”. The author of the film script and director is Shota Karukhnishvili, commentators: Erosi Manjgaladze and Kote Makharadze.

The project “Weekly Document” considers to display the written, photo, audio and film materials preserved at the fonds of the National Archives on the official webpage http://archives.gov.ge/ge/kviris-dokumenti, as well as on the page of the archives’ social network https://www.facebook.com/NationalArchivesofGeorgia.

The aim of the project is make the various materials of the National Archives more accessible for the wide society.
