The National Archives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia prepared a multimedia exhibition to celebrate the 130th anniversary of the birth of Konstantine Gamsakhurdia.
The National Archives keeps a wide variety of materials about outstanding public figures. The multimedia exhibition combines photos, letters, audio recordings, and fragments from the documentary film “Konstantine Gamsakhurdia” about the writer preserved in the archive.
Georgian writer, translator, doctor of philosophy, and academician of the Georgian Academy of Science, Konstantine Gamsakhurdia, was born on May 15, 1893 (according to another version, in 1891) in the village of old Abasha.
