Teams from forty public and private schools in Georgia have advanced to the last round of the National Archives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia's educational project, "First Democratic Republic of Georgia".
On April 22, the semi-final game between teams made up of eighth- through eleventh-graders from over 200 secondary schools was held simultaneously in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, and Batumi.
The 40 teams with the most points went to the finals in accordance with the semi-final game's regulations. Out of a potential 20 points, they received at least 15 points. At the project's final game on May 27, the winners will be revealed.
In 2015, the National Archives laid the foundation for the educational project, which serves to interest students in the history of our country between 1918-1921. The intellectual game is conducted on the principle of "What? Where? When?".
The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
